At a spot for joe we relish nothing more (maybe apart from shopping!) than eating food that is fresh and full of flavour, drinking a great cup of coffee and enjoying a bottle of fine wine. We have been fortunate enough to have travelled to many countries and experienced everything from Michelin Star restaurants in Barcelona to home cooked meals in Cuba, roof top restaurants in Casablanca and street hawker food throughout Asia. Almost always part of the experience is searching for that elusive cafe / restaurant / bar. Looking down laneways, finding hidden doors and scouring backstreets is all part of the experience! Melbourne is full of gorgeous laneways with many treasures tucked away. Finding them is half the fun! That's what we are hoping to achieve with a spot for joe. Bringing that Melbourne / New York feel to Geelong for everyone to enjoy. This is also why we do not advertise and prefer not to spell out exactly where we are, hence our minimal signage.
