We are Abbotsford's In-Home Personal Trainers and Rehabilitative Specialists. Our services are offered in the comfort of our client's home at their convenience. Our Kinesiologists travel to the clients, to help them reach their fitness, health & rehabilitative goals safely and effectively. Injury prevention and safety are our top priorities when constructing a personal health and fitness program for our clients. We offer Personal Training & Fitness Coaching services to individuals, couples & groups, & employers. During the year people prefer to exercise outdoors so why not have a trainer with you in the process. Park benches, pathways, and just a patch of grass and The Abbotsford Personal Trainer can give you an amazing fitness session. Why use a treadmill in a gym when you can jog and chat at the same time under the sunshine in natural surroundings.The Abbotsford Personal Trainer may bring various equipment with him including boxing gloves/pads, exercise mat, resistance bands plus other things to make each session enjoyable and very worthwhile. Working out of a gym that you know can sometimes be the best spot for you to train in.. sometimes! I'm not saying it's better than any other place to train, but if you are comfortable with the surroundings and like the feel of being in your gym, then that's where we can go to do your training.
