Description
Mission: To provide an avenue for wellness, for all people, through exercise & education, in order to gain freedom from the oppression of unhealthy living. What to expect: 7:00pm - Stretch/warm up 7:10pm - Workout consisting of MODIFIABLE body weight exercises (everyone can participate and at their own level/pace) 7:40pm - Cool down/stretch 7:50pm - Motivation &/or topical education (weight loss/nutrition/diabetes/etc.) Waiver to sign at the door, under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult, children are welcome but no childcare will be provided, we are meeting outside on the Northeast side of Montgomery Park.
