I'm a physiotherapist, with a passion for Pilates and passion in women’s/obstetric physiotherapy. My classes to suit all fitness levels and are an excellent way to improve core strength, flexibility and muscle tone. I aim to keep my classes full of laughter, banter and the occasional cake! When I'm not running Pilates classes, I consult in Burnside Hospital’s Maternity Ward and also in my private practice in Toorak Gardens.
