Description

Hey there, I started off in the gym like many females do. I stuck to cardio equipment trying to get rid of excess fat. My first attempt at trying to lose some fat that had crept on was about 12 years ago at a gym where I felt looked down on by staff. My attendance was poor - partially due to not feeling confident knowing what to do and partially to feeling uncomfortable in the surroundings. It wasn't until about 3 and a half years ago that I found a gym I felt really happy in. My knowledge grew and I became more and more interested in strength training and discovered how great it was for my body in terms of creating shape I liked and also fat burning. Now the majority of my training is strength based and I love it. I'd like to share what I've learnt with those who want to feel strong and get excellent definition and tone.
