We are 2 dreamers from Sydney who have finally realised our dream. Bringing good quality, affordable, back to basic food to the tables of Darwin. Bringing traditional european techniques teamed with the various experiences we have had we believe we will do nothing but satisfy taste buds. With a seed to plate approach we focus on being 100% self sufficient and make/bake everything on site fresh daily. Open For "brunch" we hope to bring a variety of meals, rather then restricting our menu to the standard breakfast and lunch. Available between 7am and 3pm. For those on the Go or looking for a quick fix we also have our Patisserie menu which includes artisan sourdough sandwiches, pies, rolls and pastries. As well as fresh made sourdough loaves, rolls and brioche. Served with our extensive drinks menu including; coffee and cold drinks we will be sure to have something that will make you Puuuurrrr!
