We are Food/Dietary Consultants, Cooking/Educational Work-Shoppers and students of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. We want to help people on the “front lines” - their kitchens, the grocery store, their internal dialogue! Working together we can help to better understand and balance your body to bring about more energy and happiness while addressing individual needs. We offer one on one consulting and unique Food Workshops where you will not only free up time in your busy life while creating balanced, wholesome meals but you will be able to target our workshops and meals to your individualized needs and restrictions while learning about nutrition and your optimal health. There is a lot of information out there. We live busy lives and finding the time to sit and do the research isn’t feasible. This is where we come in!
