Description

The American Indian Wills Clinic was started in 2009 with a generous grant from the Oklahoma Bar foundation. In 2010, Oklahoma City University opened the Jodi Marquette American Indian Wills Clinic. The clinic was funded by a generous anonymous donation of $250,000. This generous donation will sustain the clinic through the 2013 calendar year.

The Jodi Marquette American Indian Wills Clinic is offered as a course for Oklahoma City University School of Law students seeking to enhance their professional skills and provide legal services to hundreds of clients while being supervised by the Clinical Professor who is a licensed attorney in the state of Oklahoma, Case Ross-Petherick. The Jodi Marquette American Indian Wills Clinic funding will sustain the clinic through the 2013 year.
