At Anchorage Radiation Therapy Center, open since 1993 on the Alaska Regional Hospital campus, we understand that being diagnosed with cancer is a stressful experience. We are a American College of Radiology (ACR)-accredited facility, meaning you will receive treatment from a facility with the highest practice standards in image quality, personnel qualifications, facility equipment, quality control procedures and quality assurance programs by the ACR. Accreditation is awarded after an exhaustive third-party, peer-review evaluation conducted by board-certified radiologists and medical physicists who are experts in the field. Anchorage Radiation Therapy Center (and our sister facility, Valley Radiation Therapy Center, open since 2006 on the Mat-Su Regional Medical Center campus) are proud to be among an elite group of radiation therapy centers providing the highest level of quality care to our patients.
