Description

Attitude is Everything! Th Arts and Soul Youth workshops are suitable for all skill levels. No previous experience is required! Our motto is "let your creative spirit soar." We facilitate this with activities that focus on the process rather than the final product. There is no right or wrong and challenges are viewed as learning opportunities. Our Story Since 2003, Arts and Soul has operated in collaboration with Idea Exchange and supportive local artists to provide monthly art experiences for those who are facing challenges to their sense of well-being. Creativity is innately therapeutic, building a skill base that is transferable; helping people face their daily challenges.
