The Pitty Project to Educate, End the Hate, Rescue & Rehabilitate Pit Stop for Change Rescue and Rehabilitation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill shelter and volunteer pet rescue organization serving the Detroit, Michigan area. We are dedicated to rescuing, caring for, and rehabilitating dogs left homeless for any reason, such as pet overpopulation, pets given up by their owners because of difficult circumstances, and those who are victims of or in danger of abuse or neglect. These are wonderful, loving animals that often only need love, compassion and training to make them an incredibly awesome family member and best friend.
