Our experienced physicians and staff would be honored to care for your family's medical needs! Autumn Ridge Family Medicine provides comprehensive health care services for the whole family, including well-woman and well-man care, immunizations, physicals, preventative medicine and on-site laboratory and radiology. Two of our physicians, Dr. Todd Johnson and Dr. Sarah Vander Pol, are trained in osteopathic manipulative treatment, a method of care that eases pain, promotes healing and increases overall mobility. Autumn Ridge Family Medicine is part of The Physician Network. This means, as our patient, you'll have access to an entire network of medical professionals, including a variety of specialists, who will work with our physicians to provide the most comprehensive, cohesive care for you!
