Awaken Holistic Health & Wellness is a community of people, practitioners, teachers and clients who work together to create holistic solutions for individual health concerns. It is a place where access to whole body wellness is fun, easy and available to everyone. Awaken is a one stop shop for over 60 complementary and alternative health practitioners for whole body health and wellness. The many practitioners and teachers within the walls of Awaken Holistic Health & Wellness allows clients to have a wide variety of options to find the right practitioner to work with. The facility has many one-on-one practitioner rooms, 2 larger activity rooms that can also open up into one room for larger gatherings. One of the larger rooms backs onto a fully functional show kitchen for cooking, nutrition classes and workshops. The larger rooms are mainly used for talks, workshops, yoga and fitness classes. Awaken Holistic also provides a fantastic float pod room with the newest technology in float pod therapies. A large variety of value added products are conveniently located onsite for practitioners to recommend products specific to your visit or for daily shopping needs. Products such as vitamins and supplements, food, detox and ecofriendly cosmetics, cleaners, body care and household products are available. The focus of Awaken Holistic Health & Wellness is to cater to each individual client’s needs through different practitioners, classes and workshops. It is a unique business model that uses a preventative approach in the pursuit of optimal whole body wellness.
