Our Mission - To inspire, to heal, to evolve. We are a diverse multi-faceted health and wellness team providing services, workshops and products. We encourage and support a balanced life through self-knowledge, growth and mindfulness, in body, mind and spirit. Through a variety of tools and techniques, our services vary from working on the body to opening the mind and uplifting the spirit. We have and continue to study many different modalities in order to offer the best opportunities for wellness to our clients. Our services include hypnosis, registered massage therapy, reflexology, natural birth and fertility support, past life regression, reiki and other energy work, as well as life balance coaching. In our workshops, clients become empowered to take charge of their lives, making educated decisions about important life events, rather than letting decisions be made for them. Our product offerings provide opportunities for all ages for healing and growth, learning, relaxation, inspiration and fun. They also promote mindfulness, healthy living and eco-consciousness. Our offerings are unique and diverse. There is no company like ours. We strive to be the one stop shop for people who live naturally, consciously and respectfully for themselves and the planet. Something can be found for everyone - individuals, mothers, fathers, parents to be, babies, toddlers, children and teens. In our e-store you will everything from healthy home and studio décor, books, CD’s, movies, tools for self improvement, musical instruments, aromatherapy products, baby accessories, toys and games for the whole family. But wait, there's more. As health practitioners we hand pick all of our products with health & wellness, balance and fun in mind. Nicole's training and experience is in pre-natal, pediatrics, movement and nutrition. Elliott's science background includes a specialized honours degree in psychology (with focus on developmental and social). We do extensive research, (and often on baby/child items our own personal testing), on every product we offer. Not only do we test our products ourselves, we search out consumer and industry ratings and reviews and keep abreast of media coverage (such as recalls) and government standards for product materials (especially in the areas of people safety and planet friendliness). Our children use the children’s products as well. New products are being considered and reviewed on a regular basis. New workshops are being developed.
