Description

24 hour notice required to cancel/reschedule appointments. Any appointments changed the day prior to your scheduled appointment (and with less than 24h notice) are subject to a 50% fee. Any appointments cancelled the day of, or missed completely with no notice will be charged the full value. If you are late, we will do our best to complete your service in the allotted time. However, you will still be charged the full amount of what you were booked in for originally. Any clients using a voucher from a group-deal site have a different cancellation policy: 24 hour notice, otherwise the session is considered "used."
