Description

Bendigo Bank first established itself in Albury back in 1990 under the name Sandhurst Trustees Ltd in Dean Street. The first NSW branch of Bendigo Bank was opened in Albury on 20th November 1995 at the Centrepoint Arcade in Olive Street. At the time, we had only just been converted from a building society and were Australia’s only country-based bank. As our branch grew, so did the need for larger premises. We moved to our current site at 531 Dean Street Albury in March 2002 occupying the ground floor. Then, in 2006, we expanded our Business Banking department to the first floor.
