Blue Haven is a chic, stylish and very modern holiday home located on tropical Magnetic Island, with all the comforts and facilities for a fabulous holiday. House Features: Timber flooring throughout, Sleeps 8, 3 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms (large ensuite main bedroom), 2 Queen and 4 Single beds, 2 Living areas (indoor & outdoor). Fully equipped Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and pantry, Electric cooktop and wall oven, Separate Fridge and Freezer, Fully air conditioned and ceiling fans, TV, DVD/Video and CD stereo, Laundry with washing machine and dryer, All linen, towels and beach towels supplied, Fully fenced veranda's, BBQ and Pool. Fenced deck overlooks the pool and is secure for safe supervision. The house has been specifically designed for the tropics and minimises the need for airconditioning. Athough all bedrooms are airconditioned, excellent flow through ventilation and ceiling fans, in combination with a number of factors, negates the need for them in the rest of the house. The ocean and magical beaches are only a short walk away. Situated approx. 500m from the beach, Close to Shops, Restaurants and Café’s, Beach and Bus Service, an overall excellent location for family and friends to holiday together.

How To Get to Blue Haven Holiday Rental on Magnetic Island

Townsville is the airport for Magnetic Island, and connections are made to the island by ferry. All major domestic airlines serve Townsville airport, including Qantas, Jetstar, and Virgin Blue. Magnetic Island can be reached by passenger and car ferry services from Townsville. The 11.5 km trip to the Nelly Bay Marina takes about 30 minutes. The island can also be reached by private boat. On the island bicycles, motorbikes and small cars can be hired and a local bus service operates. The national park, which covers more than half of the island, can be accessed via a network of walking tracks from various parts of the island. Around the Island: The bus service meets each incoming and outgoing ferry and travels in both directions around the island to all Bays. A great and easy way to get around the island. To the Island: Conducting up to 18 daily return services to Magnetic Island SeaLink can have you in paradise in only 20 minutes on one of the state-of-the-art, high-speed catamarans. Or, Fantasea Cruising offers both passenger and car ferry services operate approximately every 2 hours for a 40 minute trip to the island.
