General Info

You will discover that our prices are usually cheaper than booking directly with resorts, wholesalers, travel agents, booking agents, and online affiliates. Blue Sky Holiday Group is an offsite real-estate agency that owns and manages privately owned holiday apartments at Turtle Beach Resort and has no affiliation with the onsite manager. Please be advised when booking through us:- You cannot check in or check out at reception, we meet you on arrival at the resort to give you a personalised check in and take you to your room and for check-out you simply drop your keys into our “Blue Sky Guests” letterbox by 10:00am. Our guests cannot store luggage at reception however if you arrive early after a previous guest checks out at 10.00am we can arrange to store your luggage for you in your apartment. Our guests are not to contact reception for assistance for their apartment you must call us on 5575 5096. We also have an afterhour’s emergency service where you can call on the above number outside of office hours. You cannot charge back to your room and Kids club is $25 per child aged 4-12 for a 3 hour session. You can be assured to receive professional friendly customer service and local knowledge, from your enquiry right through to personalised check-in and check-outs, making your holiday that much more enjoyable.
