We have over 20yrs of training experience, private and discrete one on one training. At Body By Borg you aren't just a client but we build relationships that will help strengthen your lifestyle change in regards to your fitness and health. We also have 3 month terms, no 1yr contracts. We carefully assess you then immediately we target the trouble areas which allows you to spend time less time with a trainer. You will find in the larger gyms they lack focus and stretch out your sessions and are more concerned about Profit instead of Results, as we are more concerned about your Results!! We have a full size gym, spa room with therapeutic tub, and showers. We offer 1/2 of the price of the average gym! IT JUST TAKES 1 Phone Call, and it can change your whole life, how you feel, how you look at things in life, good things will happen.......we see it all the time! We enjoy being apart of it!!!
