While BD24Hr has existed only since 2012, the gym and community have been here, at this location, since the 1980s. Our goal is to provide a safe and serious place to train for individuals of any walk of life. Whether you’re a competitive athlete, interested in losing weight, or just want to work on general health and fitness, we strive to create a friendly and welcoming environment where all of our members feel a sense of community and can take pride in our gym.
