The Bond Law Clinic is presently operating as a small business legal advice clinic. Free legal advice is available to: * Members of the public thinking about starting a small business * Small business owners * Not-for-profit (NFP) organisations The Bond Law Clinic provides advice about the following legal issues: * Business structures * Intellectual property, e.g. trademarks and copyright * Consumer protection and competition regulation * Risk management and insurance * Human resource management and industrial relations * Disputes * Contracts * Franchising * Leasing * Debt recovery * Licensing The Bond Law Clinic does not have the capacity to formally represent clients in legal disputes, but can provide advice about the options available to clients involved in legal disputes. Location: The Bond Law Clinic is located at the Bond University campus in Robina, on Level 2 of the Legal Skills Building (Building 4a). Operating hours: The Clinic is open to the public every second Wednesday of the month from 4.30pm until 6.30pm. In 2013, the clinic will be open on: Wednesday 30 October Wednesday 13 November Wednesday 27 November Appointments: It is preferred that legal consultations be by appointment. To book an appointment please email the Clinic at bondlawclinic@bond.edu.au. Drop in clients may be accommodated dependent on availability. Clients unable to attend a face to face consultation at the Bond Law Clinic are welcome to submit an email enquiry.
