Catering Onsite & Offsite All Year Situated over a wild salmon stream in downtown Anchorage, our location speaks wild Alaskan Seafood. Enter the restaurant and catch a glimpse of the evenings bounty displayed on ice in a fish market style Upon being seated at your table, your experience begins with warm Rustic Sourdough Rolls served with our house recipe Smoked Sockeye salmon spread. Order off our extensive Alaskan Micro Brew selection or enjoy a glass of wine or fresh squeezed lemonade. Begin your seafood journey with our Starter Bar featuring freshly prepared salads, utilizing fresh seasonal produce from the fertile Matanuska Valley. All salads are prepared from scratch utilizing only the freshest local ingredients. All entrees are freshly prepared a la minute and high light Alaska's bounty of seafood with special recipes like our hot off the grill wild Alaskan Salmon. For the land lover a choice cut boneless Ribeye steak is grilled to order and served Gorgonzola butter. Add on options available include local favorites such as Fresh Alaskan Halibut, Rockfish, Cod and Steamed Alaskan King Crab legs. Sides and accompaniments include herb roasted locally grown potatoes, Garden Rice Pilaf, Locally grown vegetables in season, & Alaskan Seafood Chowder. For dessert, Rhubarb and wild berry cobbler is served hot, sided with vanilla ice cream.
