General Info
I am a fully-qualified Massage Therapist and have been practising for over three years at my clinic in Poet's Corner, Hove. After achieving a qualification in Swedish Massage at Brighton & Hove City College, I then decided to specialise in Sports Therapy. I studied and qualified in Sports Massage at Wilbury School of Natural Therapy in Brighton. I have a keen interest in health and fitness, and regularly attends British Military Fitness sessions, so am fully aware of how the human body is affected by exercise. From my own experience, both as a client and a therapist, I have learnt how Sports Massage can not only help prevent injury, but can improve sports performance and aid recovery from soft tissue injuries. My qualifications include a Diploma at Level 3 in Swedish Massage (VTCT) and a Diploma at Level 3 in Sports Massage (ITEC).Company Rating
