CardioFIT Austin is NOT a boot camp and we are NOT a gym. CardioFIT Austin has taken the most beneficial aspects of personal training and combined them in a fun, small group atmosphere. We keep every class small, ensuring excellent, customized training for every client. Throughout a 90 day period, classes meet three times a week for one hour, working the entire upper and lower body with a large emphasis on core training. Over your three month transformation, you receive monthly body fat analysis and goal setting, daily nutritional coaching and the accountability to achieve the results you want for your health and your life.
