I have not always had a passion for Health and Fitness, but after having two kids and putting on 30kgs I had weight I needed to lose. I discovered a new found love for eating healthy and training regularly. I now work full time but I always find time to make it to the gym. I am happier and Healthier when I look after myself and I feel I am a better mother and wife because of it. Studying Cert III & IV in Fitness at FIT College is something I have wanted to do for many years and I am now in a position to peruse a new and exciting career as Personal Trainer. Once I have completed my Certificates I hope to become valuable extension to Evolve Personal Training Qld.
