As a personal Trainer my goal is to guide, teach and instill a solid foundation for anyone looking to build a healthy lifestyle. As much as "weight loss" and "losing pounds" is at the top of your mind, I focus on getting you healthy. With a healthy mind and body, only great things will follow. I come from a very athletic background and have and I apply a lot of athleticism to my style of training which makes it not only more functional but enjoyable. I have 10 pus years of strength training behind me and strive to keep learning to better train my clients. My services vary from -Strength training - Sport Specific conditioning -Bootcamps -Youth training ages 5 and older -1 on 1 personal training - Nutritional Guidance I say this all the time to my clients " I'm not a miracle worker" I have no easy ways out for you, but If you can commit and you have the desire then I can guide you and give you all the tools you need to succeed in this.
