Chet’s features three bedrooms: the first with queen size and ensuite, the second with double bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds plus a trundle. A sofa bed is also available in the second lounge to accommodate additional guests. A portacot is also available to hire for infants. The ensuite features a walk in shower with supersized shower rose, and the second bathroom features a shower and spa bath. The apartment features high ceilings, hydronic heating, a neutral colour scheme and floorboards throughout. The entrance hall incorporates an integrated study desk and stunning photo wall. The spacious kitchen and living area boasts stainless steel appliances, a butler’s pantry, as well as a 50” LCD television. The second living area features another television and sofa bed, with bedrooms two and three situated further down the hallway. Chet’s offers full kitchen facilities, including tea and coffee making facilities. There is a shared coin-operated washing machine at the rear of the property. All linen and bedding is provided. A single off-street car space is available, and there are two additional on street parking permits available for guests. Standard tariff includes four guests, and additional guests including children are charged at $20 per guest per night.
