I am a strong believer in nurturing the individual and believe that children need structure and routine and plenty of time to explore their surroundings and discover their own gifts and interests. There are plenty of opportunities everyday for child led play activities where discovering their environment and utilising natural resources will often be the focus. As a mother I also understand children are all very different and I make it a priority to cater for individuals different needs.
