Payment: In order to accept all credit cards and bank account payments, we use the PayPal shopping cart. You do not require a PayPal account in order to shop with us. PayPal will give you the option to set up an account or directly make your payment after you check out. Pick Up Option: Our local customers wanting to pick up their purchase may request an invoice for their items that does not include a shipping fee. Please email us with your order and we would be happy to send you an invoice to pay before the scheduled pick-up date through either PayPal or email money transfer (EMT). We offer local pick-up in the Kitchener, Waterloo and Elmira areas. Shipping: When shopping through www.chubbycheeks.ca, shipping is automatically added to your cart. We ship via Canada Post Regular Mail. Items are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment unless otherwise noted. Your order may take between 4-12 days to receive. Care: Most of our items are machine washable using cold water. For longer lasting quilts and blankets, we recommend avoiding the use of fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang to dry. Return Policy: If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately and we will send you a return authorization along with our shipping address. • Items must be returned within one week of receiving them. • Items must be in the same condition as they were received. • A full refund, less shipping costs, will be issued once we receive your returned items. • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
