Description
Communications Services is the Public Safety Answer Point (PSAP) for all 9-1-1 calls in the City of Toronto. Our call centre answers approximately 2 Million calls per year. We are a 24/7 operation with five platoons and approximately 220 Communications Operators performing calltaking and dispatch duties.
