Newcastle's first and original CrossFit Mum's and Bub's! Taught by a Mum, so I know exactly what its like to be back at square 1 with your fitness and have a small baby/todler or older in toe, bring the kids and get back into it =]

Description

Designed for Mums to be able to get back into working out without having to leave their children with strangers in a creche. You bring your child/children along with you and they can play in the play pen with other children or sit in their prams. We also cater for pregnant mums!!
