Description

Our goal is to make people fitter, stronger and faster, all while working out in a group environment. If you need motivation to stick to a fitness program or need someone there to give you that extra push, then come and check out CrossFit C-Town. We love the sense of community and the bonding that happens during a workout. At CrossFit C-Town, the clients are our number 1 priority...they always have been and they always will be. Hours: Mon 6am, 4,5,6 and 7pm Tues 4,5,6 and 7pm Wed 6am, 4,5 and 6pm Thurs 4,5,6 and 7pm Fri 6am, 4,5 and 6pm Sat 10am and CrossFit Kid's class at 11am. Classes start promptly on the hour Rates: Unlimited monthly $130. CrossFit Kids $50. High School kids $75 per month. Couples/Family $100 each, 911/Military $100 3 Elements classes $100 (must be completed within the first two months)
