With the ever changing world its almost impossible to keep up with the demands of life, raising a family, working a job and trying to follow a healthy lifestyle. D2E is about helping ANYONE with any questions they may have on training, nutrition and correct supplementation. We are partners and both have been qualified personal trainers for quite sometime but have come to realise that personal training and group Sessions aren't a long term fixture without making changes to other aspects of life. We understand that's its not always that easy to make certain changes in ones life as everyone is different, but there are always small changes we can make to work towards a bigger goal. We want to help and see people do things they never believed they could and then in turn help others. There is no way that we can change society as the path it has taken is all about convenience and making things easy for people and we believe that the diet industry is only about money and always will be as if diets worked EVERYONE would be fit and healthy. We believe in healthy eating and lifestyle but making it work for each individual by listening to what you have to say and your situation and suggesting small changes or methods you could try, if these changes don't work then we are still better off than before because we know what doesn't work for you and can try another angle. Eric has worked in the supplement industry for over 2 years and lives and breathes fitness and health. He has learned a lot about supplements and nutrition by trial and error and spent a lot of money doing so. We are NOT a supplement company but are here to answer and questions about any supplements you might be wanting to try. The one main thing we believe in is that with the right mix of diet, exercise and lifestyle we can feel more motivated, energised and driven to see an ongoing result :)
