Executive Education is part of The Faculty of Management which brings together four schools, united under a common mission of developing excellence in values-based management. -Rowe School of Business -School of Information Management -School of Public Administration -School for Resource and Environmental Studies Our multidisciplinary approach enables us to bring cutting-edge research and teaching practices to advance leadership management knowledge and competencies. Our proven, curriculum design and delivery model is based on: Focused needs analysis and consultation with our partners, and clearly understanding their goals and priorities Curriculum is adapted to the unique context of the partners organization Co-design of learning objectives and agreement on desired learning outcomes An executive model of delivery that emphasizes experiential and integrated learning Supported by the development of an Individualized Effectiveness plan to set clear personal goals and link these performances Multiple opportunities for reflection and application planning
