Who's Dan!? I commenced my real estate career as an ambitious 18 year old, fresh off completing my VCE studies. A solid grounding as a trainee in a busy property management department ensured I learnt the right tools from the very start. My passion however was sales, and 10 months later I took the opportunity to commence my career in real estate sales. 7 years later – I joined the team at Ballarat Property Group. I wanted to work with a young, ambitious team of real estate professionals – and that’s exactly what you’ll experience when dealing with BPG. I pride myself on giving my clients the right advice – ensuring we maximise your result in every situation. This industry is constantly evolving, and marketing property is no longer as simple as placing an ad in the local rag. At BPG, Our head’s aren’t buried in the sand. Using modern technology – we have recently commenced utilizing the power of video to showcase our properties. We’ve already enjoyed some outstanding results, with plenty more on the way. The power and popularity of social media and you tube is undeniable. People often ask me – “What’s your point of difference?” It’s simple. I do what I say I’m going to do. When I meet a client for the first time – I’m not there to list that property or make that sale. I’m there to ensure I gain a client for life. At home – I’m extremely lucky to be partnered by my gorgeous wife Jessica, and we are very excited to be expecting our first child in October this year. When I’m not working, Jess and I could be sprung dining out enjoying a glass of wine, or you may catch me running the lake, or tenpin bowling. One of my proudest achievements outside of work is having bowled 2 perfect 300 games in my chosen sport. If I’m not in town – fair chance I’m anchored somewhere out on the middle of Port Philip Bay chasing a big snapper and a few whiting. But most of the time – I’ll be on the phone, or at the open homes – striving for a great result for you.
