Description

At DGG, personal training sessions are generally 45 minutes in duration and based around resistance training. All sessions are one on one to ensure that exercises are performed correctly, to minimise injury and maximise benefit. Consistency yields results. Once correct technique has been learned, you will be driven to achieve things that you didn't think were possible. Results come in many shapes and forms. People seem to just be focused on weight loss or weight gain as a measure of success. However, this is not the case. Success can also be seen in many other ways such as increased flexibility and mobility, better cardiovascular output, healthier heart and lungs, improved quality of life and general overall wellbeing. Most importantly, you will have the the undivided attention of an experienced trainer who not only talks the talk, but walks the walk. DGG will show you that working hard can be fun and that training can be a positive experience. So get into it! Prices per training session vary between $45-$60. Please get in touch for more details.
