My name is Beverley and I am a Therapeutic Life Enhancement Coach and Counsellor. I am a professionally trained Solution-Focused Life Coach and Psychotherapeutic Integrative Counsellor. I work with people who are encountering challenges and problems in their life such as: - Life transitions - Work or career - Relationships - Family issues - Dilemmas and personal obstacles - Depression - Bereavement - Health problems - Finding yourself and your purpose - Eating disorders - Trauma and/or abuse - Postpartum depression/anxiety. I have been working therapeutically alongside people since 1998. I am passionate about working with people to enable them to be the best they can be in life. I believe every day is a new opportunity and a chance to change your life for the better. I can work either as a Life Coach, a Counsellor or integrate both into a fusion model, dependent on your personal needs which are always discussed. Whatever you choose, working with me will kick start your life, find out who you truly are, give you answers, untangle dilemmas and obstacles, provide you with the knowledge to where you want to go, how you want to live, connect with your inner passions and define yourself for the better. I will work with you usually at significant depth, so together we can discover who you are and what you wish to achieve. I work with you to focus you towards creating ideas, confidence and inspiration for change. I ask powerful questions to generate a deeper understanding of yourself, the issues at hand and what your next steps are. I empathically listen to you to really understand your current position and your desired direction. I enable you to shift from focusing on the problem to assist you finding your own solutions to take you forward. I walk alongside you down your own path of self-discovery, until you take flight on your own path of authentic living, free of the challenges you first arrived with. It is an opportunity for you to use me as your personal blank canvas, on which you may discover, explore and write your life’s identity and journey. I originate from the UK and live in Canada. I initially trained in the UK as a Psychotherapeutic Integrative Counsellor and gained a BSc (Hons) from Middlesex University. I went on to open my own private practice and I also worked within official agencies and non-profit charities. In 2010, I moved to Canada and decided to add Solution-Focused Life Coaching to my skill set. I trained and attained certification with Erickson International in Vancouver.
