[english below] Le Dégustabière est l'occasion pour les amateurs, amatrices de bières de se rencontrer au coeur des Cantons-de-l'Est pendant une fin de semaine de dégustation d'accords hauts en flaveurs, pendant la vivante saison des couleurs. Le Dégustabière a pour mission de promouvoir l'harmonisation de la culture brassicole québécoise & locale à l'artisanat alimentaire des Cantons-de-l'Est. Venez rencontrer brasseurs & chefs cuisiniers qui rendent cette région si riche en savoir gustatif; ils vous feront plonger dans le monde de leurs créations, tout en vous livrant l'expérience de l'Accord. La première édition aura lieu les 4-5-6 octobre 2013 au sous-sol de la cathédrale St-Michel au centre-ville de Sherbrooke. Détails concernant les plages horaires et la programmation à venir... Dégustabière is an occasion for beer lovers to meet at the heart of the Eastern Townships during a week-end of high-quality beer and food pairings tasting, during the lively and colorful north-american fall. Dégustabière's mission is to promote the harmonization of the Quebec & local beer culture to the Eastern Township's agribusiness. Come and meet the brewers & chefs who make this region so rich in gustatory knowledge; they will make you dive into the world of their creations, while delivering the experience of the Pairing. The first edition will take place in the basement of the St-Michel cathedral downtown Sherbrooke. Details concerning the schedules will be made public soon...
