We then discuss your particular challenges. Once we agree on the objectives and methodology used to correct, we will provide you with a comprehensive proposal that will; 1. Summarize the agreed upon objectives and outcomes 2. Provide you with several options to attain the desired results. Each project is handled as collaboration between DRCS and you the client. DRCS also uses this page to post critiques, rate, and compare local restaurants to each other in the Denver Metro Area. Our Critique's focus on the following things: Atmosphere Cleanliness Restrooms Food Wait Food Quality Service Cost How we felt 3 hours after Overall Our Rates are based on a 5 star point system. 0 - Being the lowest 5 - Being the Highest After the ratings each section will then be reviewed with commentary about the experience. To get an overall rating, the following categories are concidered and points awarded: Atmosphere: 20% Cleanliness:10% Restrooms: 10% Food Quality: 25% Service: 25% 3 hours later: 10% All equaling 100% Our costing is based on per person in 10 dollar increments. 0-10 = $ 10-20 = $$ 20-30 = $$$ etc. Our visits are completely random and no one will have a clue as to who we are, what we will order, or how they will rank until the review is posted 24 hours after the visit. As we leave the restaurant we will give the manager on duty a business card, with details about how they can retreive their critique.
