Unit Commander - Inspector Chris Fernandes: 416-808-0112 The DPSU includes a number of Community Mobilization Unit functions that support the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) Mobilization & Engagement Model of Community Policing adopted by the Toronto Police Service. The Divisional Policing Support Unit oversees several sub-units that are committed to improving the quality of life within Toronto and forming partnerships that improve the communication and understanding between the Toronto Police Service and members of the greater community.
