David and Franca Jones have been in the building industry for over 25 years and work together with Grant as a team to look after your needs. As builders, we work directly with you on site, or in the office. We’re proud to offer this service which is fairly unique amongst builders. Grant and David will work with you to provide construction advice when meeting with you on-site and will then work through the design stage, with your ideas, and your budget. He will communicate directly with you through each stage of construction to ensure your home is truly a custom-designed home. David will then also deal directly with all sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure a smooth workflow. Grant and Franca will also work with you through the design stage, approvals, contracts, and will then coordinate with your finance company as required. We are proud to offer you our personal service to ensure you get the home that suits you. What are the market trends? At DJ Homes we keep up with new trends through our direct contact with suppliers. We need to consider clients requests for separate living areas, sound proofing, energy savings, and alfresco dining areas. David and Franca say clients are also genuinely interested in environmental and energy issues. "'We have to be one step ahead in product knowledge of things like solar hot water and tank-fed toilet systems. Grey water systems and designing the home to make the most of natural energy are also implemented in order to achieve high energy ratings."
