Everyone leads busy lives. Unfortunately, that sometimes means you’re just not able to provide your dog with the mental and physical release they need for ultimate health and happiness. In fact most urban dogs need a minimum run of 1 mile a day and some breeds are capable of running over 25 to 35 miles a week. Proper exercise for you dog will not only improve the quality of their physical health; curbing weight gain, improving muscle tone and addressing hyper activity, it can also improve the quality of the mental health; addressing behavioural issues, relieving stress and anxiety, or general boredom. At Dogrunnin we step in to assist your canine family member with the fitness experience they deserve and you’ll appreciate.
