Dr. Lauren Crawford is a native born Texan and board certified plastic surgeon thrilled to return to her home state and start her new practice in plastic surgery as of 2010. She attended medical school at UT San Antonio finishing with honors as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Society. She was then accepted into a competitive integrated plastic surgery residency at University of Missouri where she had exceptional training in all aspects of reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery. Her research focused in areas of breast surgery, fat grafting, and nerve regeneration. Dr. Crawford is proud to have joined Austin Plastic Surgery Institute and offers a wide variety of plastic surgery procedures. Although she has adopted an emphasis on all breast surgery including breast reconstruction, augmentations, lifts, and reductions, she also provides care in all facets of cosmetic surgery, general reconstructive procedures, and hand surgery. She thoroughly enjoys all aspects of cosmetic surgery including face lift, cervicoplasty or neck lift, brow lift, blepharoplasty or eyelid lift, liposuction, abdominoplasty, breast surgeries, otoplasty, chin augmentation, and rhinoplasty. The concept of the “mommy makeover” is a popular one that always delivers fantastic and satisfying results to restore a mother’s beautiful form. Dr. Lauren Crawford and her staff are committed to taking the time to understand the individual needs and desires of each patient.
