Dr. Ryan is a licensed naturopathic doctor practicing in Halifax and the Bedford area. She is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and St. Francis Xavier University (BScHons, Neuroscience). Dr. Ryan is passionate about natural medicine and runs a specialized practice, focused on women's health. This would include hormonal imbalances (including thyroid, adrenals and sex hormones), weight loss, mood disorders (anxiety &depression), gastrointestinal issues, fatigue, insomnia and pre/postnatal care. Dr. Ryan is dedicating her life’s work to helping people heal by creating an open and non-judgmental space where intensions can be made and plans formulated to assist her patients in becoming the best version of themselves. She believes that when your health is thriving, life simplifies and you become more equipped to contribute, not only to oneself, but to our loved ones and the world around us.
