The objective of Durham Improv Collective Inc.(DICI) is to be leaders in the development of programs in an integrated, collaborative and entertaining way to address confidence building and life skills for groups within the community through workshops, classes, information sharing, and raising awareness of issues in theatrical performances. Our Vision is for all populations in Durham Region to live with dignity and respect and gain confidence in a safe and entertaining environment. Our philosophy is to care for our participants with respect, while enhancing skills that make them more effective in conflict resolution, public speaking and presentations, and team building by honing their listening skills and learning to think on their feet while having a ton of fun!
