I am a registered dietitian working out of 2 locations in Halifax. As the in-house dietitian for Local Source Market, I do one-on-one consultations, cooking classes and wellness events/workshops. I have been a consulting dietitian since 2012 and I help clients with many different nutrition related concerns or goals. Although I specialize in gastrointestinal disorders ranging from heartburn and GERD, to celiac disease and other dietary allergies, to IBS and IBD, I also help clients who live with diabetes or heart disease and I work with weight maintenance and general dietary health.
