Edgar started his career as an in-office dental technician. That experience not only allowed him the opportunity to see first hand what the dentists and patient's needs were, but also showed him the importance of communication between the dentist and technician. Edgar has studied with renowned educators including the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Education, the Institute for Oral Art and Design, the Seattle Institute of Advanced Dental Education, Professional Dental Arts and many others. He also helped develop the TempStent technique, which is used by surgeons and periodontists world-wide. He now owns and operates a boutique lab, Edgar Jimenez Dental Studio, located in North Oaks, Minnesota which specializes in full mouth reconstruction and cosmetic dentistry. Edgar also co-owns Exact Image North Oaks, and i-CAT Imaging Center. Edgar is an Accredited Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and a member of the Minnesota Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He also holds a faculty position at the Implant Learning Center.
