EGR was borne out of a long-lived passion for collecting, a love of all things retro and also a love of a uncluttered house. As I wasn't about to give up collecting, I needed to find an outlet for my wares so I had my first stall at the Tanks Markets, Edge Hill, Cairns in 2007. And I loved it, I loved sharing my wares, meeting fellow collectors and hearing the comments ; that's the perfect present for my sister/friend, oh my grandmother had that..... So I used to sell my wares monthly at the Tanks from April to November each year but after almost 7 years the time has come to close Eliza Goes Retro and I will no longer be selling my wares at markets.
