Description

I have started studying my Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness. This is a lifestyle change for me brought about by participating in the Maxine's Shape Up Challenge 2014. I have a thirst for knowledge in everything that I do, but doing this challenge has given me many other challenges within. I am enjoying every single day, hour and minute and have never felt more alive and energetic. I want to learn more about the training processes and eventually the nutrition side. I chose Fit College as it was promoted through the gym I go to and I also know a couple of people that have completed their qualifications through them. I hope to learn as much as possible during this course and obtain a job as a personal trainer. I currently work a FIFO job and want a lifestyle change that allows me to be home more for my girls, more flexibility. I have found doing the Maxine's challenge a passion for fitness I never knew existed.
