By using specific thumb, finger and hand techniques to stimulate the reflex points, stress and tension can be relieved. There can also be improvement in circulation by stimulating blood supply and unblocking nerve impulse. As well it can assist the body’s natural defence against illness. Reflexology also normalizes and balances the body. Reiki Reiki is a Japanese word meaning ‘spiritually guided life force energy’. It is a non-invasive healing technique in which the client participates in their own healing. Reiki energy allows us to heal physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Ear Candling Ear candling is best used for relaxation, stress and anxiety problems. Ear candling can also assist in treating certain problems involving pain and congestion. Ear candles are not intended to remove wax from the ear and not used to clean the ear however they soften the wax to assist you in cleaning. Both ears need to be candled to create balance for the body. Bookings are scheduled for 40 minutes however the treatment is based on how long it takes for the candle’s to burn.
